Let’s agree that President Trump’s travel ban on visitors from seven nations was a sensible idea hobbled by flaws, especially regarding green card holders and dual citizens. Let’s also agree we haven’t seen a rollout this clumsy since the debut of ObamaCare, which was far more serious because it penalized millions of Americans while Trump’s order inconvenienced hundreds of foreign nationals.
Still, we can assume, based on past performance, that Trump will learn from the mistakes. His fierce determination to be a successful president cannot co-exist with rookie blunders.
But what about the other players in the drama? Can we say the media will now correct its excess of bile and cover Trump as a legitimate president and not as an invasive species?
No, no, no. On the contrary, we must say that Trump aide Steve Bannon was on target when he called the Washington media “the opposition party.”

You didn’t read the article. Like me he is in favor of nationhood for California. It will mean that no Democrat will ever win another national election again. RepOfCa will also be a magnet for illegals and liberals to drain the USA of undesirables.
Their new slogan should be:
“Democrats, the party of slavery since 1791 and secession since 1850.”
The Democrats have been the secession party since 1861.
And then totally collapse unless they get $$ from Mexico or some other 3rd world country ... it is also possible that the former state will become the drug capitol of the world before it dissolves in mass bloodshed over control and distribution of drugs - we will need another wall.

Why would we agree about that? It had to be rolled out as a surprise or else the terrorists would have rushed in first.
I agree, let them go. There are some nice places in Cali but the problems out weight the benefits.

CA has the 7th biggest GDP in the world. I think they will be fine.
Not only “again”, but it is for the same reason: They want to keep their slaves who provide them with their living. Those slaves are us, by the way. These Democrats live off of the sweat of our brows.
