yep, to me, as weak as a start it is to God, we as a nation chose to return to Judeo Christian ethics, help Israel and help spread Christianity..we will be blessed by our path..

I can't disagree with the premise of this article enough.

The premise is the standard Republican cuck position of "Hispanics are natural Conservatives!"

They are not. Every nation in South America is socialist.

Why?

Because they effing like Socialism!

Another canard is "Democrats are the REAL racists!"

The GOP loves to brag about all the civil rights progress it made for African Americans from the mid 1800s till the 1960s.

Then the Democrats gave them welfare and Blacks never looked back.

This racial stuff is painful, folks. Blacks and Hispanics have very clearly demonstrated that they have no interest in Conservative principles, no matter how much the GOP flagellates to get their votes.

Eric Holder was right: We really are a nation of cowards when it comes to talking about race.

The Democrat plan of 2045 and a white minority is a very real threat.

The 1965 Immigration law ushered in the largest migration of people in world history. Read that again and contemplate that.

Larger than the Mongolian hordes in Asia and Eastern Europe. Larger than the Crusades. Larger than anything, ever.

The possibility of race war is still very real. Remember: Diversity + Proximity = War.

No multi-racial, multi-cultural, multi-anything nation ever survives.

or else candidates didn’t do a good enough job of explaining liberalism to people.

Or else the Russians did it.

I was amazed to learn that he had so little brainpower.

It wasn't brains that made him popular.

I could have said everything you did, just not as well. Way past time for us to wise up, before South America becomes a Muslim paradise.

Long before that point, the tax base which props up the Welfare State will be destroyed. Will the underclass continue to produce babies, if they have to feed their own kids, using only their own earnings?

So the proggies are intolerable racists. What else is new? Their hope isn't so much that minorities, racial or non-racial, will tend to vote for the most skillful panderers, because that hasn't happened, or rather it hasn't happened quickly enough to suit them. The system they're trying to set up will ensure that no member of such a minority will be allowed to vote any other way. For evidence I cite the treatment accorded any of them who are currently publicly conservative - Walter Williams, anyone? Michelle Malkin?

This isn't actually "demographics is destiny" at all, it's simply a thuggish attempt to bully or shame groups they consider vulnerable to it into voting their way. The gaggle of "progressive" candidates populating the last Democrat slate of national candidates looked like something that came from a Wonder Bread package. And it didn't go unnoticed.

What it really goes back to is something currently derided as "nationalism", which is simply that you either want to be an American or you want to be some transcendental mythical world citizen creature imbued with all the virtues and none of the vices of gritty reality. And if politics devolves into a choice of the latter running the country or the former, the latter can take a hike, and will, because betting against America, white, black, yellow, brown, or red, is a losing bet.

I agree that evil is found in all human ideologies but that the left seems more inclined to it.

Along those lines, sometimes I think about how the leftward swing of the political pendulum increasingly brings greater unrighteousness and evil. Maybe the left won’t have the White House again for sixteen years. Whoever they bring forward as a candidate at that time—well, let’s just say sometimes I think that candidate might be one who makes Hillary seem harmless by comparison.

That is a fatal conceit on the part of the right.

The left point out biblical deficiencies in the right, and they are actually correct much of the time.

The difficulty is that the purported solution (which in both cases is Christianesque, but not Christian) is worse than the problem.

No, reason is not faith. Faith is faith. It is sui generis.

Does reason become faith?

>> Obama and other liberals have blamed election losses on not having adequately explained liberal policies to the American people.

Well, that’s one thing I sort of agree with them about. Only I think the reason more people aren’t conservative is because WE haven’t adequately explained conservatism to them.

Actually, I don’t believe that liberals really believe that. I think they know that they are all about propaganda. I think what they believe is that they haven’t propagandized enough and that they failed to plug the holes in the media (e.g., @theRealDonaldTrump) where the conservative message managed to get out.

IMO, one of the things the democrats fear most is that Trump will do an outstanding job and MAGA for everyone. I am betting we are going to see the inner cities cleaned up, and greater opportunities for everyone. If too many minority groups find out that the Republican/conservative policies actually improve their lives they are going to start voting in their own best interest (R) instead of voting D for the party that talks a good game but never delivers. Or makes things worse.

Convincing family and friends depends a lot on their outlook. If they are looking for opportunity, I think it should be a relatively easy sell (though it might take some time). If they are looking for free stuff, preferential treatment, or revenge against “the man” it’s never gonna happen.

That isn’t confined to minorities. I know too many white people who are mainly interested in getting free stuff, getting by, scamming the system. It’s an attitude where they think they are “winning” if they can scam the system and get someone else to pay for something for them, whether it’s fake “disability” or welfare or abuse of the health care system or other things. The sad part is that if they put as much effort into working as they did into scamming, they could be living quite comfortably. The main difference is that they wouldn’t feel the “win” of taking advantage of someone else or of the system.

If leftists truly had their way, we’d be smoked in camps together with all the rest of their ideological foes.
