According to a report, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals judge Neil Gorsuch has been informed by the White House that he will very likely be named by President Donald Trump to the empty Supreme Court seat vacated by the death of Antonin Scalia.
Gorsuch is one of two remaining candidates for the seat, along with 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge Thomas Hardiman. Both names were on the list of 20 names released by then-candidate Trump’s campaign from which he promised to nominate Scalia’s replacement.
Per CNN, Gorsuch has been told to expect the eventual pick to be him. “Those close to the process warn that until it is announced, Trump could change his mind,” CNN reports. That report gibes with reporting from multiple sources last week that Trump was leaning towards Gorsuch.
Regardless of who Trump is leaning towards, both men will be brought to Washington for the announcement of Trump’s Supreme Court pick, which was originally slated for Thursday before being bumped up to Tuesday at 8 P.M. When asked the reason for the timeslot move Monday, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Trump simply felt like it.

Yes, one of them was the ruling on Roy Moore & the 10 commandment monument, another relates to a ruling on requirements for a person enrolled in a counseling program to separate her religious beliefs from her requirement to respect clients. beliefs.
This could be the media guessing who it is and thinking that the other guy would be better, so that if they claim there is a leak of the first guy’s name, the President will be annoyed and switch to the other one. Nobody should worry about anonymously sourced articles.
And it’s true. Pryor is a RINO pussy.
Its not so clear cut that the young woman’s views were under attack but the issue certainly added a controversial aspect that suggested another choice would be better.
My reading of the court records suggests she was being asked to respect the clients’ rights to have other views and acknowledge that professional ethics required that she not to make clients’ therapy, about unrelated issues, revolve around her beliefs.
