European Council President Donald Tusk called US President Donald Trump an 'existential threat' to Europe Tuesday.

Tusk wrote an open letter to the leaders of 27 Council member states, in which he listed the US President as a "threat" to the European Union alongside China, Russia, radical Islam, war, and terrorism.

Tusk cited "worrying declarations by the new American administration" as the basis for his including President Trump with other threats to the EU. He said that the threats "make our future highly unpredictable.”

Nope no threat to Europe, but just a threat to the radical left wing and their open borders to bring down the west. This is why see hissy, baby tantrums being displayed around Western Europe and here

The only “threat” Trump poses to the future of Europe is his closing the Great American Checkbook and telling Europeans the party on the dime of American taxpayers is over and it’s time for them to pick up their own tab from now on.

Dang straight!

Trump and who he represents among us is a direct threat to the continued existence of the EU as an unelected political tyranny.

The EU kleptocrates should be afraid.

I doubt most Poles agree with Mr. Tusk. They, along with Hungarians and most other Central Europeans, want a Donald Trump of Europe to kick out the illegals who are making their lives Hell.

Absolutely the honest truth! They are $hitting bricks that they will, for the first time have to spend their own money for their own defense. Maybe President Trump should make them a deal to purchase those “bricks” for his wall with Mexico!

The European Union is imploding. The bureaucrats in Brussels are so completely out of touch with the average citizen that they don’t even see the end coning. They think that Trump is the danger to their socialist utopia but when the end comes it will be the citizens of free nations that put an end to the horrid Euro experiment.

Well, I, for one, wouldn’t want that we be a threat to anybody. So, in the spirit of giving them what they want, I think we should withdraw all military personnel and all military equipment from any country whose leadership is frightened of us. And so that they don’t think that we’re still throwing our weight around, all of our embassies there and all of their embassies here will be closed .. except for one of theirs in Washington, DC, and one of ours in the European country of their choice.

The greatest threat to Europe and the European peoples since Charlemagne sent Roland & Oliver to secure his rear guard--quite a while back, is the EU. It has warred on the varied heritages for decades.

Anyone who truly appreciates Western civilization & achievement, should pray for more Brexits.

We’d better remove our threatening defense umbrella from them, in that case.

Trump says NATO is obsolete but still ‘very important to me’

January 16, 2017

LONDON (Reuters) - U.S. President-elect Donald Trump said NATO was obsolete because it had not defended against terror attacks, but that the military alliance was still very important to him, The Times of London reported.

“I took such heat, when I said NATO was obsolete,” Trump told the newspaper in an interview. “It’s obsolete because it wasn’t taking care of terror. I took a lot of heat for two days. And then they started saying Trump is right.”

Trump added that many NATO members were not paying their fair share for U.S. protection.

“A lot of these countries aren’t paying what they’re supposed to be paying, which I think is very unfair to the United States,” Trump said. “With that being said, NATO is very important to me. There’s five countries that are paying what they’re supposed to. Five. It’s not much.”

Exactly! We’ll withdraw to within our own borders, which will be stringently defended, and be no threat to Europe or elsewhere (except the places where large numbers of jihadis reside, who are trying to come here). We’ll take our threatening defense umbrella with us, and then they can only say that our very existence is a threat, as they do with Israel.
