I never liked Starbuck’s coffee. Too bitter.
and when they fire those 20,000 will they keep the 10,000 terrorists in training thereby making them illegal affirmative action hires?
And when the “refugees” start chopping off their heads and raping their female baristas, they’re going to be hearing a lot of “I told you”s. the CEO is showing how much of a vengeful dipshit he really is with this move. Hope it backfires in his face to the nth degree...
Cares more about terrorists than the customer base he’s losing. Atta boy Howie - I hope the stocks tank.
I have never been a SB customer, but I don’t have a problem with them hiring anybody they want.
I was given a Starbucks gift card. Can I just cash it in so I don’t risk getting poisoned by a jihadist?
Yet another reason for me to stay away from Charbucks...
One answer: Dunkin Donuts. Coffee doesn’t taste burned. No snotty atmosphere. Staff are pleasant and not shotty. Less expensive as well.
Well,,, that’s the only thing I buy there. A few bucks.
I like Papa Nicholas, Chicagoland brand. Make it in a French press.
A little messy but I can use boiling water from a tea kettle and let the beans steep.
Best coffee per the old fashioned way.
Stopped Starbucks years ago.
NOt bitter, burnt. They always over roast their beans and the coffe is burnt. I could go to McDonalds or Sambo’s 20+ years ago and get the equivalent of Starbucks for 50 cents for a 12 oz cup.
What if a white guy applies for a job?
Buy one of their reusable travel coffee containers for made at home coffee. Done!
I will love to see how this works out for them.
I see Starbucks as the germany/sweden/denmark of the business world, shortly.
Apparently it’s not just their coffee that’s bitter!
I suggest that you update your HP, because you just contreadicte3d yourself BIG LEAGUE !
Okay I couldn’t get through the whole thing. Too tired. But there’s no way I’ll ever buy anything from Starbucks again.
By the way isn’t that illegal.? Do they have work visas? Doubtful.
Starbucks is one big social statement. They divide society and market to the exclusive part. The chosen, no matter what they say, don’t want to be around dirty people. If I had stock, I’d sell before people realize how much these migrants smell. If they want to improve their market share, they should announce that they charge a dollar extra per drink, just to keep away the riffraff.
Gosh, this place is embarrassing sometimes. NO ONE reads or understands anything. They promised to hire 10,000 refugees in 75 countries. So simple to read, so simple to understand, so dumb not to.
