Sorry but immigration falls under executive power. This judge is just a leftist pushing an agenda and will be smacked down. If there was a particular case of an injustice being done, like a legal citizen being denied entry, then certainly the courts could get involved. However, illegal aliens—or aliens in general—have no rights to demand entry into the USA.
