On Wednesday, Republican Nebraska State Senator Bill Kintner stepped down following criticism from both the public and fellow lawmakers over an offensive tweet he sent out the day after the Women’s March.
Kintner retweeted a now-deleted tweet by Larry Elder, a conservative radio host.

Did I miss something? What was wrong with the tweet?

Geez! You’d think some of these guys would see Donald Trump and realize it’s time to act like men! If those women don’t want to be mocked and ridiculed I’d suggest they stop marching with vulgar signs and dressing up like giant vaginas.

The unicameral was about to eject him over an earlier issue of having cyber sex on an official computer IN HIS OFFICE!
The tweet was just his little temper tantrum. He resigned before they could kick him out.

That’s it? I can’t believe he resigned for that.
No testicular fortitude in the GOP today. This is why we always lose. When the left does this, they don’t give in. The right does it, and there are resignations at the drop of a hat.
I'm guessing the article meant a Nebraska legislator.
