If you can’t pass cap and trade legislation, The Environmental Protection Agency will move in with massively complex and costly regulations that would micromanage just about every aspect of the economy. They announced today that carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases (GHGs) threaten public health and the environment.
Since 85 percent of the U.S. economy runs on fossil fuels that emit carbon dioxide, imposing a cost on CO2 is equivalent to placing an economy-wide tax on energy use. The kind of industrial-strength EPA red tape that the agency could enforce in the name of global warming would result in millions of dollars in compliance costs. These are unnecessary costs that businesses will inevitably pass on to the American consumer, slow economic growth and kill jobs. Although the crafted rules say only facilities that emit 25,000 tons of carbon dioxide per year or more will be affected, businesses fear the exemption may not hold up in court and could now be imposed on many smaller commercial buildings, farms, restaurants, churches and small businesses.

I commented on CO2 being a building block of life. Some Moonbat asked me if I was so stupid to believe in “The Magic Plant Theory”. Apparently, Photosynthesis was a lie I learned in Junior High School. NOT!
Oxygen also is dangerous to the environment. Among other things, its presence leads to disastrous conflagrations and explosions.
That’s the point, lower the population.
Di-hydrogen Monoxide has caused more deaths through out history than any other single chemical.
ACTUALLY, O2 is a toxic, caustic, and highly flammable gas.
It is only because it is at such a low percentage in our atmosphere that it hasn't killed or burned everything on this planet.
It seems as if the “SWAMP” is emitting noxious gasses regardless of who is president. “Drain it”!

Then why is Trump seemingly letting corrupt, state-sovereignty-ignoring Congress get away with allowing EPA to get away with stealing state powers to make unconstitutional decisions like this, as if Obama is still pres.?

That statement has to be off by at least a factor of a thousand.
This was done in 2009 and needs to be reversed by the “landing team”.

Are you kidding me??? They now call photosynthesis a "magic plant theory". We are being destroyed by our educational system and stupid people who put their ideologies ahead of actual science. I didn't think photosynthesis could become controversial. Isn't it "settled science"?
