Williamson County, Tennessee, is one of the most conservative counties in the state...
Thanks, I thought many Tennesseans are conservatives.
Looks like the schools need to hire some teachers and elect some administrators that are conservative.
By population.
Not, apparently, by elected school boards.
Yes, Williamson County went 68K Trump to 31K Hillary. Some well-off liberals in Brentwood and Franklin, but the county as a whole is Red.
I wonder if something else is going on like it did not show Obama's inauguration in 2008.
The situation in Davidson County (Nashville) just north of Williamson County is very different. This is one of only two counties in the state that went for Hillary. The meltdown in Nashville schools after Nov 8 was something to behold.
My son is in a magnet high school there and I have concluded that the best we can hope for is that they simply do not show the inauguration. More likely is some sort of attempt to lead (force) the students to protest. I have instructed my son in the principles of passive resistance and taught him the example of the Nashville sit-ins in the early 1960s.
We shall overcome this Bull Conner-Democrat tyranny!
