Hoping that B-52s are sent to wipe “Raqqa” off the map.
There are no innocents there.
Ever see, or even better, feel an Arc Light?
A 3 plane cell of B-52s would drop 108 bombs each.
No Charlie or NVA for 10 Klicks around!
.... and that was spreading the bomb load out a bit.
Imagine it concentrated withing one city, and about 18 A/C!

PS, as you say, after an Arc Light, the Complaint Department ceases to function!
