The blood of the people that she has had murderer and caused to be murdered cries out from the ground for Justice. If we are, as some loudly proclaim, a Nation of Laws and not people, she must be put on trial. If we are a Nation of Justice for All, as some say, she must be executed. I would prefer hanging, but as long as she is dead, I am happy.

If the DOJ does not prosecute Hillary under trump for the illegal server, that anyone else would be in prison now, we do not have rule of law. we have an elite ruling class which must go.

While your statement is true, and in general I support your view there are other considerations.

Trump has many battles ahead of him. He will not win all of them. He (and his advisors) will need to decide which battles to fight and which ones to avoid.

The next 100 days are crucial. He needs to make a lot of changes, get his cabinet in place and get a new Supreme Court justice confirmed.

The Clintons are not going anywhere. There will be time later to prosecute her and her merry band of conspirators.

The Clintons may end up like OJ, continue down the criminal path until they run a fowl with a local prosecutor who nails them.

Even if Obama pardons her, Hillary is so damned evil that she should be prosecuted, convicted, and imprisoned anyway.

If the Grand Juries could investigate “Presentations” the Attorney General could already look into all of the Hillary, Comet Pizza, etc. 5th Amendment - During a presentment the grand jury informs the court that they have a reasonable suspicion that the suspect committed a crime.

>If she was pardon, she could not claim 5th Amendment protection.

How’d that work out w/ Lerner? Fail to recall any frog marching. What ‘bout ‘IT Boy’?

Expecting govt to follow the law...cute.

Statute of limitations for most federal crimes is five years.

Benghazi, for example, happened in September 2012.

I understand, agree to a point, but when the law is no longer obeyed by the ruling class we no longer have a republic..as far as I am concerned, assign a special attorney involved that will not take away from trumps main agendas, and let the chips fall where they may for the whole pile of crud ..if we do not achieve what we want to do this presidency we will not survive..no pulling punches,,no wimping out, no more of the bs..or we die as a country in the near future..
