It’s a new day, baby!
Note to the REPUBLICAN-controlled Congress - don’t eff it up this time. No excuses.

I hope among Trump takes action against sanctuary cities. I heard on the news (presumable not fake new, though I wish it were) that Des Moines, Iowa just declared itself sanctuary city without any opposition being raise. Could this be true? Also reportedly Iowa City has declared itself sanctuary city.
We know people who live near Des Moines and they have declared they will not set foot in Des Moins and discourage anybody from visiting it.

I would love to see the list. But I can wait until Friday and watch the exploding heads at the same time.

Oddly enough, I imagine his first day in the White House the day after inauguration will be totally administrative. He will have to sign a gazillion forms, all of which state the obvious, that he is the new POTUS.
He will be issued all sorts of pass codes, authorizations, keys, procedures that must be followed exactly, the list goes on and on. There are so many things that cannot be delegated.
And then there is the old Marbury v. Madison (1815) problem.
That is, Obama will have invariably made decisions that only come into play *after* Trump is in office, and those must be dealt with immediately.
