Why should the feds have any say at all? Providing or controlling healthcare or insurance is not an enumerated power for the federal government. It’s reserved to the states and the people by the constitution

Leaving some form of it in place means that the door will be left open for another Dem admin to bring it back in full, and probably twice as bad. Get rid of it and the bureaucracy associated with it. But, no surprise that the Senate could screw this up.

When we get enough Senators, hopefully in two or four years, the Republicans should kick Collins, McCain, and others out of the party.

That’s foul every welfare state with millions getting something for nothing will want to keep all freebies as long as it is financed by the other guy.
Make Obamacare an option if the states can pay it, but let the workers option out if they don’t want triple premiums with high deductibles.
