Which means they are blocking traffic. If they say "mostly peaceful" they mean they are blocking traffic and smashing windows. "Unruly" means they are throwing rocks at the police.
Obama and other former presidents have SS protection until the day they die. Their wives have it for 10 years after the former president’s death, and their children for X years after the father’s term is up.
I have been thinking lately that that scheduling was arranged when former presidents didn’t live forever (see Jimmy Carter). There should be an arrangement for former presidents like there is for regular folks collecting Social Security. If you make more than $X, you have to pay $X toward your SS protection.
There is NO reason Bill Clinton (and, soon,, Obama) should be making millions of $ per year and having the U.S taxpayer pay for their protection. If they go on a tour, speaking engagement where they are being paid, the cost of that SS protection should be taken from the speaking fee.

Very hard to stop rounding a bend when going at least 70 mph! Actually, I had to do just that in Indiana...accident had just happened—no flashing lights; and by grace of God, I did not get smashed between a stopped truck and an on-coming truck. Scariest road experience I have ever had!

If they have no permit, why aren’t they being cited (by name) and told to disperse? Why are the police escorting them?

When Baltimore had several riots/protests in recent years, blocking traffic, even closing interstates, was called “peaceful protest” by the government and the media. I thought that blocking traffic was illegal. Remove these people.

If you’re staying at the Trump Hotel, that’s where they’re at. About a dozen protesters and another dozen hanger-ons, beating on Homer bucket drums and dance chanting. Nothing to worry about, except the fact the cops didn’t clear the street when they should have.
