The modern political equivalent of “blood libel” is the incessant claim — sometimes by people ignorant enough to say it explicitly and sometimes by people too cowardly to say what they mean, instead resorting to cheap innuendo while slaying quivering white straw men — that Republicans are irredeemably racist.

On Wednesday during the second day of hearings for the confirmation of Alabama Republican Senator Jeff Sessions to become the next Attorney General of the United States, we saw the latter.
It came in the form of testimony against Sessions by Congressman John Lewis (D-GA), a man who sacrificed much (and never stops reminding us of it) during his years as a civil-rights crusader, and the nauseatingly ambitious Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), whose performance must be seen to be truly appreciated for its overacting and cynicism.
Lewis’s concluding paragraph makes the only thing close to a point that he had:
“It’s a beautiful thing to see how one side is
allowed to bring itself down”
We’ll, as the saying goes, if you give Democrats enough rope...
...well actually they just hang people like John Lewis.
Democrats. hanging their hate banner on John Lewis as an untainted saint just simply continue unabated to destroy themselves politically!!! John, a major positive pivot in the civil rights movement, many years back, certainly deserves his just due and recognition Obama & Booker deserve nothing but contempt. The problem with John Lewis is his fifteen minutes of fame are long gone, as is the worthiness of the CBC and the NAACP!!! Today, john Lewis is a just another Democrat hater!!! Now...the Obamabot, nutcase media can fawn all they like, over the twisted, babblings of John Lewis........but...I can assure you the American public and voters could care less, what John Lewis says or does.
It actually is a shame, that this old fool, Lewis, pulls his “adrift-at-sea”, antics on the weekend holiday celebration of the great Martin Luther King, Jr....who worked so hard to get all folks to communicate and work togther. Obama has failed, Lewis has failed, and Cory Booker made a number one buffoon of himself!!!
Oh...by the way Media...keep it up....you all are doing a terrific job of helping us destroy th Democrat party, the CBC, the NAACP...all of which need to be totally destroyed, so that African-Americans, enmasse, can move forward on so many fronts that they have been denied or unsupported from their own, so-called organizations and political party!!! Fear not American Blacks.....help is on the way...big help...from POTUS Donald J. Trump, Ben Carson, Steve Harvey and thousands of your religious men & women across the country....who all know that Obama was never a friend or ally to African-Americans!!! He (Obama), like Hillary Clinton, just wanted your vote!!! Obama could care less about your folks. Ther are only two beings that Obama cares about...himself and “Satan”...the devil!!!
John Lewis is as successful as the Al Sharpton anti-Trump rally held yestereday...25,000 folks expected...500-1000 showed up!!! LMAO!!!

I’m not remembering the great civil rights campaigns, other to know they occurred, and there is still progress to be made, but it seems to me the country is regressing when Congress people and Obama rant and rave about Pettus just because he isn’t one of them.
Trump has mentioned term limits for Congress. Congress is proving there needs to be term limits, if only to replace the idiots with new idiots.
