A group called “Teach, Organize, Resist” has released a call to action asking for students and professors to use January 18th or “#J18” to protest against Trump.
“January 18, 2017, is a day to Teach, Organize, Resist. Poised between Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and the presidential inauguration, J18 is an opportunity to affirm the role of critical thinking and academic knowledge in challenging Trumpism.”
The group claims that they want to use higher education to resist against Trump. Teach, Organize, Resist has a long list of partners mostly from UCLA.

Yes, let’s punish the students and engage in virtue signaling to stroke our delicate egos. Professor today means nothing like it used to. Today’s professors are low life and navigated the corrupt system of higher education to get a sinecure where they do nothing and earng big salaries. They have lots of time and inclination to get into mischief, both of a personal level and also political. They are Satan’s minions, by and large. Their mission is to corrupt the young and destroy the nation.

I’ve been an unwitting participant in many class action lawsuits over the years. This leads me to think that there is a great opportunity for class action lawsuits against the universities that allow this bunk to continue. The students go to university to learn employable job skills—too many learn nothing of the sort. Instead, they are indoctrinated with massive quantities of leftist swill, left with massive student debt, and have no job skills to speak of.
They absolutely should be filing lawsuits against the universities for failing to provide the advertised product.

No, I think you are correct in your perceptions. Trump is going to have to fight every step of the way and often against the GOP collaborators who make up the nominal conservative wing of the uniparty. They will destroy him unless he destroys them first. McCain. Graham, Ryan and the like need to be targeted and neutralized by exposing their misdeeds and driving them out of office. If Trump lets them stay standing, they will sooner or later try and remove him from office.
Colleges have been ripping off their students for years... if they want to keep their corrupt gravy train going they have to keep liberals in office.

The standard and, by now, tired old formula is to proclaim any election they lose as being illegitimate. The hilarity that ensues is the lengths they go to to fabricate wild conspiracy theories.
The problem is that they don’t realize it doesn’t matter if they believe it or. It. What matters is whether the voters do. Bush tried to move on from the “selected not elected” meme by being above it and ignoring it. It backfired on him. Trump plays by no such rules. As good a thread as any to call everyone’s attention to Stephen Coonts new book - “Liberty’s Last Stand.” It may not be new to some but it sure is to me. Chilling and pretty thought provoking..Excellent but nothing less is ever expected from this author.

No doubt what Coonts’ thoughts are on the current president and administration; spells out all the garbage a president we are all familiar with has managed to dump on the country. I nearly fell out of my chair when the name of the president was given - terrorists acts inside the U. S., is all he needs to declare martial law, arrest and confine everyone who disagrees with him including CIA director; gun confiscation, the works.
TX has declared its independence and Texans are taking over ALL federal property in the state and arresting FBI, DEA, and other agents...

We all need to take a break from it. Here on FR we can pace ourselves - I just don’t turn on the TV news. If I do, it’s for 5 minutes.. How many ways and times do we need to hear the same thing repeated over and over?
