How can we escape the CW which appears to be at our doorstep?It’s just becoming too heated from the left and I don’t see them simmering down anytime soon. They will not just go quietly into the night and deal with the outcome of the election. How is the PEOTUS going to get any business of the country done properly when he’ll have to defend himself at every step of the way. These people are unhinged. Maybe I’m just reading too much news and should take a break....ugh
No, I think you are correct in your perceptions. Trump is going to have to fight every step of the way and often against the GOP collaborators who make up the nominal conservative wing of the uniparty. They will destroy him unless he destroys them first. McCain. Graham, Ryan and the like need to be targeted and neutralized by exposing their misdeeds and driving them out of office. If Trump lets them stay standing, they will sooner or later try and remove him from office.

We all need to take a break from it. Here on FR we can pace ourselves - I just don’t turn on the TV news. If I do, it’s for 5 minutes.. How many ways and times do we need to hear the same thing repeated over and over?
