Clout in the UN?
What the ever lovin’ frack does that matter? The UN is a useless, worthless, s**t stirring nothing with zero value.
What we need are just unilateral relationships with the few nations that matter on this planet.
Trump is a maverick, a wild card.
I don’t think he’d turn down a resource that already exists, if he can conceive of some clever way of actually increasing US stature in the world. Which isn’t by means of bowing down to the lefty agenda du jour, to be sure.
I am also not sure there is one single budget item called “UN funding” either, but rather a cluster of possible investment areas. Donald will look at this with a businessman’s eye rather than a politician’s eye, and might actually come up with a better way to use the UN.
