An attorney for a man convicted of taking part in sniper shootings that left 10 people dead in the Washington area is asking a judge to toss his life sentence because he was convicted as a juvenile.

The Supreme Court said juveniles couldn’t be sentenced to death. It didn’t say they couldn’t be sentenced to life.

These people are NEVER executed for their crimes. Only when the government wants to cover up something, as with Timothy McVie, do they actually execute murderers. It’s a broken, evil, twisted system that rewards murder with a life of ease behind bars.
