I’ve worked a great deal with my border collies in competitions, disc dog, dock diving, agility and various pet tricks. They were easy to train and both were on Animal Planet, but I don’t think they could be trained to distinguish race.
I didn’t say Winchester was *trained* to bark at blacks ...he does it on his own.
And I’ll not try to stop his behavior. Ask the Jehovahs who come by occasionally.
