Not necessarily. The earlier story, which may or may not be accurate (they rarely are) said she was leaning down to pet the dog. It could have jumped up as she was leaning down and an unfortunate bite resulted. A well trained dog will not do that and, unless it has a ‘good temperament,’ it shouldn’t be in the White House greeting guests.
Well....these things can happen really quickly and not a reflection of the doggie, not a behavioral problem or lack working with the pup...or an irresponsible owner...even in the case of this family of twits, in all fairness.(can’t believe I’m saying this lol)!

Needless to say, she was terrified of dogs. My son invited her over one day, to sit on the porch and gradually taught her how to play fetch with our goofy ole Lab. Eventually she came around, and has lost a lot of her fear of dogs. She'll probably always be wary.

Most people don't know that only the week before his, er..."accident", Buddy was preparing to levy a sexual harassment lawsuit against the Clintons. Captured on film was the former IMPOTUS caught in the act of what he likes best, and the First Lady is in a compromising posture which seems to be forcing the act.
Sadly, the public is unaware of these circumstances.
I had a gash on my forehead after an accident that was about 4 inches long and took over 50 stitches. I had to wait an extra hour or two (I was on Percocet so don’t really know) for a plastic surgeon. I is now completely invisible. I’m sure that this young lady got very good treatment and in a year there will be no sign that it ever happened. I can see her now - some people cannot see a dog without going all lovey on them and talking loud and laughing. I’m pretty sure I’m on Sunny’s side on this. It’s not his fault that he’s Obama’s dog.
Bush may not have been much of a conservative, but Ol' Barney left no doubt about how HE felt about liberals when this liberal reporter tried to harass him.
