I don’t think so.

If an honest, law abiding citizen has one, why should a police officer care?

It’s not like they’re going to brandish it at them.

In the case of an encounter with the police, I let them know if I am carrying, as my CCP requires I do so. And I’m certainly not going to make quick, futile movements around a cop, just slow and deliberate and lots of talking about exactly what I’m doing.

This really isn’t any different from any other concealed carry.

When the cops shoot a guy, it’s usually because he was brandishing or going to brandish.

CCP holders are taught NOT to do that.
