It wouldn’t work: 1) Obama wouldn’t be able to find U.S. soldiers dumb enough to pull it off. 2) Poland would say, “Hell NO!” because they know their country would be the battleground. 3) In an age of cell phone cameras everywhere this would be harder to pull off than many people think.

Obama cannot declare martial law due to foreign disruption. He would have to have the complicity of the entire government and the military and every governor and every sheriff’s office in the land, not to mention the submission of the entire population.
