No, he wants Trump to reverse it so the media and Dems can crow about him having a double standard and so they can undermine his efforts to close the borders and get rid of the rest.
I think this also stems from this ridiculously-narcissistic President’s butthurt that he wasn’t exactly received as a hero when he visited Cuba. He’s whining, “See? See? I’m a cool guy! See? Please see!”
