The Obama administration is ending the "wet foot, dry foot" policy that granted residency to Cubans who arrived in the United States without visas.
That's according to a senior administration official, who said the policy change was effective immediately.

to become an American citizen you have to give up your allegiance to Australia or ant other country...
I know ...I had to publically cut all ties to New Zealand a month BEFORE I was naturalized an American citizen...I had to raise my had and swear so...and sign a document...
I could not become an American citizen and retain citizenship in another country...
