Its rare that a president makes good on campaign promises let alone before they take office.
Earlier this week Ford said it would cancel a new plant in Mexico and invest in Michigan and now Chrysler says it will be spending a billion dollars on manufacturing in the United States and adding 2,000 new jobs.
The markets are at all time highs, manufacturing is coming back, and Trump hasnt even taken office yet. We are embarking upon an American resurgence.

I am SO TIRED OF WINNING!!!!
It takes more than a socialistic inspired, (i)slam sympathizing community organizer to make the economy percolate, and apparently Trump makes the point. Only time will tell how it will continue.
BOOM!
Go Trump!
Go Trump. Go hard working Americans. Go USA!
More great news!
I wish the Chrysler plant in Twinsburg Ohio could have been saved! I had a lot of friends who worked there. It’s just a giant field of rubble now.
Obama must feel his worth now.
Donald Trump has a magic wand
LoL Love it!
I worked in two Chrysler plants. One was torn down and paved over, and the other was just torn down and turned into a brownfield.
About 1700 jobs lost between the two. Downstream collateral job losses were about 11,000.
This was before the recession hit in 2007.
Those areas of Michigan never recovered.
I also remember a majority of FR rejoicing over the destruction of the auto industry and their evil unions.
Now all,of you are being taxed into oblivion to pay their welfare and FTAA tab.
Thanks for the ping. More winning, please!
Best Chrysler I ever had was a 1954 Chrysler Newport New Yorker Deluxe! Owned by a little old lady in Brown Deer. She never drove it! Huge Hemi, with a tiny little single throat carb. It had a stick shift, but you could shift without clutching. Car was mint! It had been coated when new with a Dupont #7 clearcoat product, and also undercoated! Tan glove leather interior. I don’t know how many tubes the radio had, but the instructions were to park under a bridge to set the AM only presets. What a wonderful car! Maroon.
I had a girlfriend once who owned on of those early 50s Chryslers. She called that no-clutch shifter a peanut butter stick.
I had a 1950something Dodge step side pick up that had originally been a railroad vehicle.
Straight six, three on the column and a fluid clutch.
My dad would load his new 1/2 ton Chevy fleet side as heavy as his small 8 cylinder would allow.
I would load more on my little step side than he could carry.
He would shake his head and call me a smart ass.
I was delivering a load of firewood to a fella one day and heard a loud BANG under the hood. Pulled over, left the engine running and popped the hood.
Big hole in the side of the block. It had thrown a piston.
Engine kept running so I delivered the wood and drove back home before I shut it off.
Never could find another straight six so I ended up buying a used 1/2 ton dodge with a slant six.
Another workhorse.
What a liberal would say to all that winning...
But I was told by globalist chamber-of-commerce free traders in the 90s and 00s that it is impossible to keep the manufacturing base and good jobs from leaving our country and we just need to shut up, bend over, and enjoy the ride as they strip mined us.
Holy cow, strategic free trade by telling multi-national corps they are free to do what they want but if they want access to our market they better toe the line seems to be working pretty good for a guy that isn’t even President yet.
More bad news for the Cheap Labor Express whores at Fox Bidness Snooze. I can see Maria Bartiloma blowing a fuse now.
