Santelli ‘Meet the Press’ Panel on Russian Hacking — ‘On Election Night, I Never Saw You So Unhappy
Breitbart ^ | January 8,2017 | JEFF POOR

Posted on 01/08/2017 1:33:36 PM PST by Hojczyk

RICK SANTELLI: To see Russians happy because Trump won — on election night, I never saw you so unhappy. You pick sides. Everybody picks sides.

ANDREA MITCHELL: That’s not true, Rick.

CHUCK TODD: Who picks sides?

MITCHSLL: That’s just not true. Let’s get back to the facts here.

SANTELLI: What are the facts? We were hacking [Angela] Merkel’s phone. Everybody does it.

MITCHELL: Rick, here’s the difference. We do it, they do it. What made this different is that the Russians weaponized it by transferring it through intermediaries to WikiLeaks. They dumped it out. We do it and hold it. They do it and hold it.

(CROSSTALK)

MITCHELL: Let me finish my sentence — WikiLeaks was out from the end of the summer and it was being investigated.

SANTELLI: So where were these headlines then?

(CROSSTALK)

MITCHELL: There was plenty of headlines. There was no proof of who did it.

SANTELLI: People in charge of intelligence are political as well.

DONNA EDWARDS: What happened here is the intelligence gathering that normally takes place was operationalized by the Russians to interfere with our elections. If you look at the report —

MITCHELL: They did it in Ukraine. They’re doing it in Germany.

EDWARDS: They’re doing it in Germany right now and this is really serious. We’re not going to get over by just saying everybody does it.

SANTELLI: Right, we should be solving the problem instead of making it a political hot potato. Let me see the Cuban missiles on the island picture. Trump needs to see it before networks need to see it.

MITCHELL: I went to the hearing —

SANTELLI: Oh the hearing. There’s hearings on everything. They’re kabuki theater.

MITCHELL: Well Rick, if you had been there you would have seen something very different.

Its still fun to watch their election night coverage. Their concern of Russian hacking is duly noted.

Snow? Is this supposed to be Cuba?

It's about 60 miles southwest of Havana. The coordinates are shown on the photo. There is no snow — it's just a crappy black and white from the sixties.

James Carville looked so despondent I thought the MSNBC host was going to have to call the suicide hotline.

"Snow? Is this supposed to be Cuba?"

It's probably an artifact of the light balance of the camera. Too much light makes the sand look like snow.

(Palm trees frown upon snow as well). ;)

He looked like someone had just stolen his "precious" from him ...

Great job by Rick.

I greatly preferred him to Romney in 2012. In a way, he was a precursor of Trump (without the $10 billion or the charisma of course).

Ask Andy.

Kennedy knew. Gromyko knew. But Gromyko did not yet know that Kennedy knew.

Wikileaks exposed the media as being a big part of The Corruption’s campaign.

They will NEVER recover their lost credibility.

It’s sort of sad, really. Once they were important enough to be enshrined in the First Amendment.

Now they are a sick joke.

I notice they never decried the NYT publishing Trumps stolen tax forms, either. Where did the NYT get those ? Do we know for sure it wasn’t China or Cuba or North Korea or Mexico ? Where was the outrage, the demands for investigation on that leak ?

What about all the fake women claiming Trump molested or raped them ? Weren’t those attempts to steal the election ? How do we know they weren’t being paid by foreign bad actors to affect the election ? Where was the investigation into those women ?

What about the fake “Lewandowski threw me to the floor” claims ? Weren’t those an attempt to affect the election ? Do we know foreign actors weren’t paying her off ? I don’t recall the FBI or CIA investigation into her motives.

Did the FBI and CIA investigate who was behind whoever was behind whoever was behind the people paid to disrupt Trump rallies and brand him as “violent” ? Wasn’t this a globalist un-American attempt to affect the election ?

Love Santelli. I believe he’s credited with the being the seed for the Tea Party movement.

They have moved on now to outright saying the non-event Wikileaks emails was Russian hacking and there is still ZERO evidence of that. NONE!

John McAfee, Julian Assange, and Loretta Lynch each have effectively said, "It wasn't the Russians".

The Russkies are accused of attempting to rig the election - by exposing Podesta’s emails, which showed how the DNC, the Hillary campaign, and the media were all colluding to rig the election.

Alan Greenspan has seen that look. He usually responds: “Not tonight. I have to get up early tomorrow.”

I think it is an Infrared BW Film using an IR filter. It screws up the color representation, but brings out other details.
