Rick Santelli, the CNBC analyst whose glorious rant led to the creation of the Tea Party movement, created another memorable TV moment today.
On Meet the Press, reacting to reports that the Russians were happy on Election Night because Trump won, Santelli said to Andre Mitchell: on Election Night, I never saw you so unhappy. You pick sides. Everybody picks sides. An indignant Mitchell, protecting her [illusory] reputation for objectivity, shot back: Thats not true, Rick. Thats just not true. Sure, Andrea.

I mainly watched Fox Business Channel on election night. The Dow futures market was a beautiful thing to watch. After Trump won Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania (and before Hillary!’s “blue wall” bagan to crumble), the futures market began turning around from a bottom of about -700. The total turnaround from the bottom to the next day’s close was around +1300.
The best was James Carville on MSNBC. He was so angry and despondent, I thought he was going to off himself on camera.
She is living proof of the amazing things one can do with a belt sander.
...and it’s been going up pretty much since...
Someone will be in the WH who understands how the real world works - not just someone who has read some book and thinks they know how it works. Very refreshing.
“After Mitchell said the Russians weaponized the information,
I would like to have heard Santelli say, ‘See? Youre STILL unhappy.’ “
And I would also like to see him add: This information was no more weaponized than the Access Hollywood hot mic tapes against Trump.
Uh huh.
Legal Insurrection makes, The Conservative Case for Marco Rubio

So people who supported Rubio are now ‘lying MSM?’ Do you really want to cut off that many of your friends that way?
Rubio was shaky on immigration at one point, but he does have a 100% American Conservative Union rating, higher than Jeff Sessions at 88%.

Rubio might not be your preferred conservative but he’s certainly no liberal.
Rick Santelli actually is looking at and addressing Chuck Todd when he levels the bias charge. Andrea Mitchell was just backing up her pal Chuck Todd. They work as a tag team. Three to One, as usual.
Ronald Reagan said: “The person who agrees with you 80 percent of the time is a friend and an ally - not a 20 percent traitor.”

But looks like you’re a true purist. You must have a very select group of political friends.
Thanks, but that was all I needed to hear from you!
Btw slick, I’m one of the very few who belong to the elite club who are documented supporting Trump from day one, 6/16/2015, but predicted and called the election for Trump the same month. So save your, “Rubio was shaky on immigration but hes certainly no liberal” claptrap for someone who might buy it.
Reagan is dead and he don’t speak for me and in fact was responsible for granting amnesty to millions, setting the stage for even more of these types of policies.
So - the old bag is in the bag for the old bag? |:^)
God bless Santelli in calling out that panel of Fake News propagandists.
I wish he would leave CNBC and join the Fox Business Network...
