Eric Trump helped raise over $16million for a children’s hospital in Tennessee through a charity that will no longer bear his name due to perceived conflicts of interest.

An official representing the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Tennessee confirmed that the Eric Trump Foundation had solicited $16.3million in donations over the course of the last decade, The New York Times reported.

The hospital offers free care to needy children.

Eric Trump told the Times this week that his sister-in-law and another executive from the Trump Organization will step down from the foundation’s executive committee.

The Trump Organization will continue to solicit donations for the hospital at its hotels and golf courses, though donors will be asked to send the money directly to the hospital rather than through the charity, according to the Times.

‘I am amazed by the many ways that you have personally embraced our cause and cared for our children and families,’ Richard C. Shadyac Jr., the head of the hospital’s fundraising arm, wrote in the letter to Eric Trump.

You’re not human if St. Jude’s commercials don’t touch you.

That’s what made me mad about the big protests regarding HIV back when.

The vast majority got their disease by doing abnormal or dangerous things.

These kids did nothing.

I would be embarrassed to protest for money for HIV when children are dying of cancer.

He raised millions for a Great Cause!

Good on him, and good on his dad who raised him right!

It is unethical to run a charity to raise funds for a children’s hospital when you are declared to be a politically incorrect racist.

Such a shame that childhood victims of cancer are injured by this duplicity. A Clinton Foundation supporting politicians and running on corruption is okay, but a real donation to a known children’s cancer research hospital is declared not okay.

Whoever thought this result should be forced is demonic.

Good job liberals. At least y’all got to score a political point. That’s what matters after all.

But! But! Raising money for a worth cause such as St. Jude is a conflict of interest.

If the foundation was raising money for AIDS or laundering money it would be just fine.

Yes but the Clinton foundation is a charity too.

You can judge a man by how his kids turn out. Mr Trump’s children’s are complete sensations and he clearly loves them very much.

I think Eric is the most likely to run for the Presidency in the future - he has thr charisma and skill as a communicator to do it.

For all the bluster about Donald Trump, the man has a fine family and they all do nice things for others.

Look at how this is being handled compared to how the Clintons handled their charity.

All these funds went to St. Jude. None went into the pockets of a Trump family member.

No weddings were paid for out of these funds, I’d wager.

Amen.

Remembering how Hil and Billy kept sidestepping questions on who would run their money launderi- er their foundation if she was elected President.

I’ll write a check to St. Judes on behalf of Eric and tell them so. If everyone would do that, maybe the kids will get continued care after all.

The libs hate Trump more than they want to save dying children. Really... it’s come to this? I hope they’re proud of themselves.

“The libs hate Trump more than they want to save dying children.”

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. They love killing children in abortion centers.

My grandson has childhood cancer. I am certain of the demonic spirit that would lead to this result that research and care for these little kids would be injured. It is pure evil.
