Intel experts worry Trump will go rogue © Getty President-elect Donald Trump’s skepticism of the Intelligence Community’s findings on Russian election interference has raised fears among experts that Trump will bypass intel analysts and demand that his personal team conduct its own analyses of raw data.
Tossing aside career analysts can create false conclusions, critics warn — like the George W. Bush administration’s incorrect assessment that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction (WMDs).
“The risk is that you request raw data to support a conclusion and you avoid seeing anything that contradicts it,” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, told The Hill. “We can already see we have a president-elect who has difficulty with facts that are at odds with the narrative that he wants to tell or diminish his achievements.”

I think the Left is starting to finally get it.
Russia is our natural ally - white, Christian, heterosexual.
We should team up with Russia to create a safe zone in Syria and repatriate the invading ‘refugees’ in Europe and in the in U.S.
This is Obama trying to divide and conquer and lock Trump into an anti-Russian stance we don’t need to adopt.
Need to purge the various agency hacks who participated in this political lie that the Russians “hacked” anything.

The “professionals” have made so many mistakes that it is not much of a worry to me if Trump feels he needs to get other opinions.

ANYTHING with the word “career” in it in regards to govt and its agencies is a red flag.
The Dems brought their problems on themselves. Just admit it.
Wait a minute. GWB listened to the same official intelligence that convinced Bill Clinton about Sadam’s WMDs. Maybe if he had been a little more skeptical about the extent of WMDs that Sadam claimed to have, and a lot more skeptical about the kind of people we are dealing with in the Arab world, he might have acted differently.
The civilian intel agencies need to be cleaned out with an old school Inquisition.
Bastinado, breaking on the wheel, the iron maiden, the works.
It might also help to just ban any future employment of ivy leaguers in any intel agency. Hell, drop the college requirement altogether and just go after people with actual common sense.
