I can’t help feeling that I wish they wrong in thinking that they have to fear white retribution. BLM certainly has no fear when they call for death to police officers, and celebrate police executions by criminals.

FWIW, I think their lawyers and the PTB feel that perps dumb enough to broadcast their crimes can’t be trusted to keep their yaps shut and noses clean if they get out on bail. They may also be waiting for the heat to die down before revisiting the bail issue.
