Chicago cops just slapped 4 suspects with multiple charges -- including hate crime -- for kidnapping and torturing the 18-year-old man in that horrific Facebook Live video. Jordan Hill, Tesfaye Cooper, Brittany Covington and Tanishia Covington were charged Thursday with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Jordan was additionally charged with robbery and possession of a stolen vehicle. Three of the 4, including Jordan, were also charged with residential burglary. The victim had been missing since Sunday and was found disoriented Wednesday. Cops later identified him as the man in the social media clip in which the suspects shouted "F*** Donald Trump" and "F*** white people" during a 30 minute torture session that included the victim's scalp getting sliced.

Several of the suspects appear to be friends with people in a gang known as the Pooh Bear Gang or PGB, which is reportedly an offshoot of the Gangster Disciples, a large criminal organization, and they share its music.

One of the perps knew the victim so that person knew he was disabled.

These animals need to be put away for life but unfortunately they will probably plea bargain down to a few year each.

The media was trying to create the impression that they were minors by using the term “teens” but they are all adults.
They should be charged and held accountable as adults. Most normal 18 year olds would not do something like this. These people are not normal and they need to be kept away from society.
