The concept of “hate crime” has but ONE purpose, to accuse any person of conservative leaning (mostly but not just whites) to be prosecuted and punished (or lynched?) for whatever the latest liberal designated “offense” may be. (see “Lawfare”).
Disapprove or even disagree with gay, “person of color”, any Muslim or illegal immigrant murderer and/or question any liberal cause from “transgender” to global warming... anything like that is a “hate crime”!
Tie up and torture a white guy? It’s just (black) “boys will be boys” and “we must understand their anger”. Brazen racism is OK in Liberalworld if non-whites are the perps and any white victim is by definition “guilty” and deserves any “punishment” these modern day “brownshirts” care to inflict! (note: this also means you white liberals). Such is liberal 21st Century “justice”.
I’ve often wondered what characteristics and attributes people would use to describe what a “nigger” is. I know that the offense and hurt caused by using the nigger word is worse than anything imaginable these days. But, really, what does it mean? I’m going to say that these offenders are, in my opinion, niggers. If the actions and behavior they exhibited warrant a description no less than what they would find most offensive. So F you niggers (these 4 individuals)!

If I was on the jury in that *Federal* trial in SC I'd vote not guilty right down the line because of my rejection of so called "hate" crimes.However,if I was hearing the very same evidence in a state *murder* trial I'd very probably vote guilty right down the line...and very probably vote for 9 executions.Those nine people were murdered for no good reason.Execute him...nine times if possible because of what he did,not why he did it.
This needs to be prosecuted by the new Attorney General as a Federal Hate Crime.

Some idiot apologist at the FB CPD page, in the comments, tried to bring in white men raping black women. You and I know the statistics on that-statistically no rapes of black women by white men. But the opposite is not the case, not by any means.
And it’s not the first sadistic crime by a group of blacks against whites-the Witchita Massacre, and the torture/rape/murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsome come to mind.
I remember that a lot of people, majority white of course, showed up at the courthouse in Knoxville to support the families of Newsome and Christian, and were characterised by the media as “racist” for doing so. But I’ve never heard the media call blacks “racist” for burning down neighborhoods and looting, when a black thug is shot by a poloce officer, even when the thug is shooting at the PO.
The thugs’ thing lately, in Chicago, is to shoot at the police, and drop the gun, to make their getaway, while some friendly hoodrat picks up the gun and creeps away. Then the police are castigated for shooting at an “unarmed” thug.
