I think on election day he had 11.9m twitter followers. Today it’s 18.6m. And I follow him without a twitter account so how many more followers is that? He’s mastered going over the heads of the MSM.

Me too, sort of. I opened a twitter account in 2008, messed with it for a while and then inactivated it (just never saw the point in it). Recently reactivated it because of DJT, although it looks like all his tweets appear on Facebook, anyway.
