We lived in Prince William County when I was in third grade. I don’t remember having any black or Hispanic classmates. But that was long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away.
Going from 10 to 22 in a place as big and fast growing as PW Co is not significant. Someone has an agenda here.

Yep. Don’t take your truck to Home Depot, U-haul or 7-11 or you will be surrounded by guys looking for work. It’s very intimidating. We only go to WaWa or Sheetz or one particular Exxon because they dont allow day laborers to take over their lot.
I live in Manassas, where the county courthouse is located (Manassas is one of Virginia’s 38 independent cities and is technically not part of PW county).
There is a significant Hispanic population here. There are three large Hispanic-oriented supermarkets within 3 miles of my home. One of the county high schools just outside Manassas is majority Hispanic.
The lower part of PW county, along the I-95 corridor and encompassing areas such as Woodbridge and Dale City, are like southern Fairfax—heavily Democrat. The upper part of PW county, particularly in the upscale suburban area called Gainesville, is quite conservative. The only true swing state senate districts in the state (the 13th and 29th) include PW county (I live in the 29th—the GOP barely lost to a creature named Jeremy McPike (should be McPink).
Not all immigrants from El Salvador are evil. A platform official at the bank I use is a Salvadorena, and she is an angel.
