Maybe the Federal Government needs to take control of San Francisco and put Rudy Giuliani in charge of cleaning up the mess (and do that with other cities too).

If you’re going to San Francisco
Be sure to pack a gun under what you wear
If you’re going to San Francisco
You’ll gonna meet some psycho people there

For those who come to San Francisco
Wintertime could be a die-in there
In the streets of San Francisco
Predators will try to lure to their lair

All across the nation
Such a strange vibration
Liberals hiding indoors
They brought a bad situation
Decent people in motion
City rots by the ocean

For those who come to San Francisco
It may be a dangerous affair
If you come to San Francisco
Wintertime could bring all your fears to bare

I was there ~8 years ago and I was amazed at the sheer volume of homeless people in SF. And they’d congregate and sleep in the middle of the sidewalk.

To me, it was a bigger Cambridge. I’m all set.

My son is there for a six month temp assignment and I just visited for two weeks. I had previously visited a few years ago.

San Francisco is a visually gorgeous place, every street you turn or walk down has breathtaking views of the bay or the bridge(s) or the pacific.

Homes are not affordable to just about anyone. An open house ANYWHERE and in ANY SHAPE in San Francisco brings enough people that there are lines down the street to look and chances are, that property will be snapped up that day. Available rentals are forcing out the middle class and cater to the very, very wealthy and those on government assistance. Pretty much nothing in between.

Son has a basement apartment, nice one room kitchenette thing with sliders out to a postage stamp yard in the Sunset district for a bargain $3200 per month.

Run down old port city with amazing views, great outside activities, weather not too cold and not too hot .... yes there are lots and lots of loony liberals (I met tons this time all in election mourning all fake delusional hippies of all ages of the phony non existing summer of 67 kind, fake utopia) but it is a great place with a very specific personality. Good restaurants and plenty to do, lots of amazing parks. Nice job preserving the architecture unlike some cities.

Liberals haven’t helped one iota but it is still a beautiful city to visit IMO. Can you beat a trip to Alcatraz ???? I think not!

I hated visiting SF years ago. I can only imagine how horrible it is now.

. Forced association drove the middle class out of the cities

Yup.

My wife has horror stories of just starting high school when all this happened.

A friend was recently in S.F. for business, and had her car broken into in broad daylight.

The same thing happened last month here in flyover country.

Some travelers had pulled in from the interstate for dinner and some jerks broke their van window and stole a bag from the front seat.

Guess what they got?

To keep the little tots occupied on the trip; some little kids toys.

Just a few minutes earlier the thugs had broken into another vehicle just up the street.

Witnesses identified a white van.

Cops got 'em...

You got busted for WHAT???

The loveliness of Paris seems somehow sadly gay
The glory that was Rome is of another day
I've been terribly alone and forgotten in Manhattan
I'm going home to my shitty by the Bay

I love to crap in San Francisco
High on a hill, I stop to pee
To be where little cable cars climb halfway to the stars
The morning fag may foul the air, I don't care

My transgendered love waits there in San Francisco
Above the brown and fecal sea
When I come deep in you, San Francisco
Your golden bum will shine for me
