Trumpocalypse? Suddenly Liberals Are The Ones Stockpiling Food, Guns And Emergency Supplies

Now that the shoe is on the other foot, many liberals all over America have suddenly become extremely interested in prepping. Fearing that a Trump presidency could rapidly evolve into a “Trumpocalypse”, a significant number of leftists are now stockpiling food, guns and emergency supplies. In fact, even though many had expected a sharp drop in gun sales following Trump’s victory, what actually happened is that fear of what is coming under Trump pushed background checks for gun sales to an all-time record high on Black Friday. The election of Donald Trump has awakened the left to a degree that we haven’t seen in decades, and some on the left are embracing hardcore survivalism without any apologies.

What is ironic about all of this is that on the other end of the political spectrum interest in prepping is probably the lowest that it has ever been in the history of the modern prepper movement. A couple of weeks ago, I wrote an article about how it was like “a nuclear bomb went off in the prepping community“, and nothing has changed since that time.

In fact, since I originally wrote that article we have gotten some hard numbers that show how dramatically optimism about the future has surged among those on the right.

Just before the election, CNBC’s All-America Economic Survey found that only 15 percent of all Republicans believed that the economy would improve over the next year, but after the election that number skyrocketed all the way up to 74 percent.

But among Democrats it is a different story altogether. That same CNBC survey found that optimism about the economy on the left fell by more than half after the election. At this point, it is sitting at just 16 percent.

It never dawns on the snowflakes, that if Trump did turn evil, we could come to their aid. They can’t fathom that, because they would never come to our defense.

That same CNBC survey found that optimism about the economy on the left fell by more than half after the election. At this point, it is sitting at just 16 percent.

Of course the Left will benefit from a booming Trump economy, just as it did under the booming Reagan economy. But they will never admit it.

Careful, now. You have to know what their definition of "evil" is first. I could see some of these homos resorting to terrorism or whatever if, for example, the "gay marriage" royal judiciary edict got overturned. Many of these people are so delusional that they would consider doing just that as the equivalent of rounding up six million Jews, after which they would feel justified in shooting up churches and what-not.

That said, I doubt there are all that many left-wingers buying guns, at least relative to the amount of conservatives that were buying guns during the Obama fiasco.

It seems to me this is a perfect script for a TV series. Rich urbanized Democratic family, undergoing a crisis of trust and hope, starts to become a bit dazed and buying Idaho farmland, guns and survival gear.

That’s what I was referencing. I gave an example of what I meant by touching on firing squads and burial trenches.

Backtracking on the lunacy that has taken place wouldn’t approach that level to me. It would just be a return to normalcy. It would return to accepted norms over thousands of years.

We’re not Hitler, but we’re not a door-mat either, and I’m tired of being treated like one by these groups.

It’s just bizarre how many behaviors and tropes the left has immediately adopted. Secession, states rights, survivalism.

Mine their own nasty comments directed at preppers in the past when the shoe was on the other foot, and skewer them mercilessly, make certain they know exactly where these comments came from, too. Rub their snotty little noses in their own crap until they wake up and realize what utter pricks they’ve been.

And, settle in for the long haul, because these people are practically automatons, very resistant to facts and logic. Still, it’ll be fun and rewarding.

No, but my point is that a lot of lefties are so delusional that they wouldn't see the difference between rounding up homosexuals for extermination and just ending "gay marriage". TO them, it's HOLOCAUST. If it weren't they wouldn't be calling Trump Hitler now, which is exactly what they're doing.

Well, I’m not about to defend them on that point.

They want to be termed equal to heterosexuals. They’ll never be the same as heterosexuals. They were not configured to reproduce. I can’t change that. They can’t change that.

I’m not going to cave on my perception of reality.

Am I going to seek to have them treated unfairly in public? No. I’m not going to surrender the family model to them no matter how long they want to hold their breath.

What these idiots don’t get is conservatives look at each other and eye roll when these freaks are encountered. We don’t go ballistic. We don’t vandalize their property.
