I think they released the terrorist so as to avoid 'a refugee having done it', thus implicating Merkel.

They released the guy who did it to keep Merkel out of hot water.

Next they'll be telling us it was a disgruntled German who did it, upset over a video.

Not much has been reported in the media about how the Islamic terrorist got the truck. He carjacked it, stabbed and shot the Polish driver, then left his dead body sitting in the front seat when he plowed into the market.

German initial reports said the truck was “registered in Poland, which was 80 miles away,” without more of an explanation. I wonder how many people thought that a Polish driver was responsible for the deaths. I never assumed that, but I immediately thought that the German officials were trying to hide the fact that an Islamic terrorist was responsible. Not much has been said about the dead Polish driver even today! All that’s being reported is that there were 12 people killed at the market.
