The Obama administration will use a legal strategy crafted by environmental activists to remove sections of the Arctic and Atlantic oceans from future offshore drilling lease sales, according to two sources familiar with the plan told Bloomberg.
For months, environmentalists have been urging President Barack Obama to use Section 12(a) of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, a 1953 law governing offshore drilling, in a way its never been used before to block offshore drilling leases in the Atlantic Ocean and the Chukchi and Beaufort seas.

They are all like " Baghdad Bob" just spinning, lying, and dreaming in an alternate reality as American tanks and troops were rolling into Baghdad. Anything that a President can do under executive authority another President can undo under executive authority. Trump isn't here to play nice and get along with the establishment and the deep state, he is the bull in the china show that knows what and who he wants to break.

I’m sure Obama is just protecting the Arctic wildnerness and that it has nothing to do with selling select drilling permits or carbon credits to the highest bidders.../s
To: ColdOne
No such thing as *permanently*.
ANYTHING can be undone somehow.

Any Trump judge can over turn this. In fact, Congress themselves can modify a 1953 law to allow drilling in the Artic. Only a quitter would except Obama’s unconstitutional scamming. President Trump is no quitter.
The marxist Muslim is done. Everything he did will be negated and reversed by President Trump.
How sweet it is.

JFK is the President who led men to the moon. Obama is the President who led men into women's bathrooms. Everything Obama broke can be fixed--some more easily than others--but all can be fixed.
We need a new name for him to be passed down.
I'll start: Bathroom Barry.
