The five-year-long forensic investigation into the long-form birth certificate that President Barack Obama produced in 2011 has finally come to an end. On Thursday the report, issued by the Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff’s Office and authored by Sheriff Joe Arpaio (shown) and his chief investigator, Mike Zullo, concluded that it was fraudulent.
Jerome Corsi, the author of Where’s the Birth Certificate? and senior writer at World Net Daily (WND), declared of the investigators, "[They] have done the United States a heroic service, demonstrating by forensic analysis that the long form birth certificate produced in a White House news conference on April 27, 2011, as Barack Obama’s authentic birth certificate is a forgery.”

From what I understand, Obama’s 16 year old mother was not considered a citizen as she had not lived in the USA for 5 years past her 16th birthday. Thoughts?

No. She was a citizen, but if Obama was not born in the USA, the laws at the time stated that she had not lived in the USA for the required 5 yrs past her 16th birthday for Obama to be a US citizen.
The liberal MSM is equally culpable ... had they vetted this charlatan with the same degree of intensity they go after a republican candidate barky would have never made the cut.

It is more then a little aggravating the truth of this will never come out in the MSM and if it ever did we’d get the “well look what a wonderful President we had so it shows how this law is not needed” bit.
My theory is that the real birth certificate probably doesn’t list a father, or states Obama’s race as white.
Stanley Ann Dunham was born on November 29, 1942. Obama was born August 4, 1961. That would make her 18 when he was born.
In 1956, Dunham’s family moved to Mercer Island, a suburb of Seattle. Stanley Ann Dunham attended the newly opened Mercer Island High School. After she graduated from high school in 1960, Stanley Ann Dunham and her family moved to Honolulu.
My belief is that Mama Dunham got her own mother's help to establish baby Barak's birth certificate and social security card (believed to be a fraud, too, but that doesn't matter either for this discussion) and thus presented a plausible set of paperwork for US citizenship at the time. Nobody really cared until he started running for office.
Everything about Obama is a fraud.
I showed the “certificate” to my BIL who will never vote anything but Dem. He is fully aware of my computer graphics knowledge. As I pointed one glaring spot after another to him his response was someone fooled me. I showed him that I got it off the official WH server. No you didn’t. blah blah blah
Here’s the kicker, when he could no longer deny the PDF was photo shopped, he said that unless I could tell him WHY they would put out such a poor forgery when clearly they had the resources to do much better, that it proved nothing.
I asked him, if a man robs a store with a gun, and you can prove it, do you have to know why he did it to arrest & convict him. The conversation ended there. Refused to discuss it any further.

But now? It's 8 years too late.
Because liberals are lazy.
Because they didn't think they needed to go any further to make the problem go away.
Because they didn't think it through.
Because the media was solidly behind them and would help with the whitewash.
Because the guy doing the forgery was clueless about document forensics (that's probably the right answer).
Because they thought this would be sufficient to allow the clock to run out.
Because they knew that Congress wasn't going to do anything regardless.
Submitting fraudulent documents when standing for public office is probably a felony. We have his BC and SS# that are clearly fraudulent
This should be enough to invalidate his laws and EOs.

He may be a citizen if born in Hawaii, but he is not a natural born citizen. One must be a natural born citizen to be President.
One cannot be born a British subject and also still be a natural born citizen anymore than one can be born a Canadian and also a natural born citizen.
Solely a US citizen by virtue of there being no alternative, born here of citizen parents, makes one NATURALLY a US citizen.

Bottom line...I said you were spot on in your experience and analysis.
The reason the GOP did not raise a stink was that they had a stable full of ineligibles they wanted to run too, Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, Haley and George P. Bush.
If they could bamboozle people about what natural born citizen means, they could change the Constitution without all the arduous amendment process.
After Precedent Obama, they now are doing just that.
Every anchor baby, Winston Churchill (American mother) and the King of Thailand (born her) are now considered eligible, no loyalty to the US required.
