Big bend is in the middle of a near impassible mountain range. There is one place you can cross that is not a giant cliff face, with a tiny town on the Mexican side. You can only get to that town from the Mexican side on a multi day horseback ride. All the exits are guarded.

Long story short, God built a wall there. It’s not a problem.

How do you know it's an illegal sending the money and not an American citizen sending money to their parents who retired to Mexico?

Why would that matter, the money still leaves the economy to aid Mexico? Tax it anyway just like they do us.
