He started a non profit company based on his representation that he was a 9/11 first responder hero. It is a felony to issue false information for the purposes of soliciting donations for a non profit corporation.
I would venture to guess that 100% of the donations ended up in his own pocket.

I would venture to say this dumba$$ might have gotten just enough attention to be prosecuted for....... Such a happy Christmas story might be developing a happy ending for all of us to watch. Jail!
