Don't dare deport our kids! L.A. County to warn Trump (Trump: "Adios Amigos")
City news service- LA ^ | December 5, 2016 | Stephanie Michaud

Posted on 12/17/2016 5:11:38 AM PST by Beautiful_Gracious_Skies

Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis will seek the support... to protect county residents from changes in federal immigration policy in light of President-elect Trump’s illegal immigration statements.... " we are standing with them and that we will do what we can to provide security and safety.”...

“... people have been very disturbed, very distraught, in particular our most vulnerable, our children,” Solis said. “Our young children who are thinking, `Mom, are you going to get deported because you’re not here legally and I was born here? What’s going to happen to me? What’s going to happen to us?”‘

Solis will ask that county staffers analyze all services provided to immigrants and how changes in federal funding could impact those programs. She’d also like to consider a permanent Office of Immigrant Affairs and wants to explore the county’s authority to prevent federal immigration enforcement at courts, schools and hospitals.

“I would hate to see us claw back some of the reforms that we made with law enforcement as a result of getting rid of 287g (an agreement that had sheriff’s deputies enforcing immigration law) and also providing more of a buffer between ICE agents and their ability to come into our jails,”.[snip]

Under DACA, children brought to the US before age 16 can apply for work permits and live without the threat of deportation. The Center for American Progress estimated deporting DACA workers could create a $433.4 billion loss in national GDP over a decade.....

Obama took executive action to expand DACA for parents - the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents. Those moves have been blocked by lawsuits that went as far as the U.S. Supreme Court, a 4-4 vote sent the matter back to the lower court. Trump has promised to terminate both programs.

No. Staying here is AMNESTY ! Any time a person is not required to pay the penalty for the law they broke, that is AMNESTY. The penalty for illegal entry is DEPORTATION.

They have to go home and get to the back of the line. And that line will be much longer than it currently is when the quota system is adjusted to consider where we really want immigration from.

And “dreamers” are not citizens. They were not BORN here. The term “dreamer” does not refer to children born here, but to foreign-born who were brought here as children younger than 16.

Those “dreamers” who have never had any trouble with the law (no gang membership, especially) and have been here more than ten years should be allowed to enlist in the military for minimum six year hitches and then get a green card, but being too free with military service leading to citizenship will still make us a magnet for illegals. Some of those trainfuls of kids swarming up from Central America are unaccompanied minors and giving them a path is a bad idea. They need to be sent home, not allowed to take root here.

Mom can take her anchor brat with her when she is deported. We won’t be separating any families; any separation of families is because Mom wants the separation by leaving the kid behind.

All part of La Raza and taking back of Aztlan for the decedents of the land of the Aztecs.

These wetbacks are nothing more than descendants of crossbreeding of Spanish Conquistadors and Indians residing in Mexico.

The Spanish inhabited and owned California not the crossbred mulattoes when America defeated them and the Treaty of Guadalupe was signed.

That explains all the thousands of vacant houses in Las Vegas.

You need to post that valuable information as its own thread, at least once a week.

La Raza receives millions from a long list of corporations and banks. The government is strong arming them and forcing them to donate or face tax penalties and fines.

They are always going on about children. Did you see some of the cute Syrian terrorists-in-waiting?

If employers can be identified. Since the employers have committed TAX FRAUD by mis-reporting FICA and income tax withholding, I suggest we get all those extra IRS staff they hired to enforce Obamacare penalties to run down these employers and start fining them for tax fraud.

The IRS is the gestapo compared to ICE. They can seize bank accounts, multiply penalties faster than a speeding bullet, auction off your property. All before you even get your day in tax court, where you have to prove your innocence rather than them proving you guilty. Smart small businessmen will jettison their illegal workers in a hurry when faced with the IRS. The IRS can also seize and sell off any property actually owned by the illegals — cars, houses, bank accounts.

Trump has promised the first goal is to deport the illegal aliens who are felons. Fine. Get that started day one, but on day two start finding all the others. Let’s not pretend we can only do one thing at a time.

Hilda Solis is NOT an American. Her nationality, her history, her loyalty is Mexican.

Put her on the first southbound bus with the other deportees.

After six months, you no register, you no stay.

And all assets get seized.

If caught, you face deportation. If deported and you come back, automatic prison time

With Sherriff Joe's type camp and labor to build the wall.

, graduated up depending on the amount of illegal re-entries.

Just helping out. (tagline)

The left would have to actually work to win elections if the illegals were cut from the voter fraud SOP.

That is the one and only reason behind all this invader love by the left.

All other emotes, feelz and virtue signaling are lies used to keep the useful idiots on their knees in obedience.

I have no idea, we will see. It can’t get any worse. The cost to hire more ICE agents is money well spent. Federal law provides that all law enforcement has the authority to enforce immigration laws. In sanctuary cities, county LEO or state LEO can enforce the law.

I think that is why the governor of Cali recently declared the entire state to be a sanctuary. He was foreseeing all the conflicts between law enforcement entities.

When I am in Cali, I rarely step into LA. It sounds like the Mexican gangs have taken over much of the territory of the black gangs and run the show.

But mama, Carlos Slim is Mexican like us and one of the wealthiest men in the world, can’t he help us?

And why don't we have our own government?

We do, amada. But it is lame and corrupt and useless. This is why we must depend on the gringos to do what we will not do ourselves.

But then why do not we fix our government so it helps our people?

Go to your room.

Use the federal funds that would have gone to free school lunches, food stamps, law enforcement grants, etc. in the City/County/State to pay for Federal agents to do all the work themselves instead of expecting assistance from local cops.

And shut down the International Terminal at LAX. If we cannot rely on local assistance to track down visa overstays, obviously no foreign visitors can be allowed to land in sanctuary cities. Same for ships — no non-citizens can disembark.

Make a deal with Syria and deport them there with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Or at the very least, deport them to the far corners of their home countries so it takes them more time and money to get back. Don’t drop them off right across the border.

I know a large number of British and Canadian people.

They know their ongoing stay in the States is contingent upon a work visa (in most cases) and so they are beyond scrupulous in obeying every law from using a parking meter to paying taxes.

Those who have applied for citizenship have to submit a pile of paper as thick as a phone book and...wait interminably for the federal lummox. There are no status updates or firm timelines, merely a vigil as bureaucrats while away the hours.

Mexico’s current and historical corruption, poverty, crime, etc. is not our problem just as problems in Nigeria or Greece are not ours. Sharing a border is not justification for an invasion. Latino heritage is not justification for sedition especially by elected officials.

Criminals with warrants are apprehended every day by sheriffs and US Marshals in humdrum, knock on the front door fashion. There is no reason an army of border patrol and immigration officers cannot do the same with illegals. It has nothing to do with us if they choose to breed like minks.

Advocates for illegals claim they are hard working and ambitious. If so, they are merely exacerbating Mexico’s problems and ours by hopping the border. If they are NOT hard working and ambitious ie criminals then they need to be sent packing immmediately.

Illegals concentrated in sanctuary cities like LA also skew the census numbers used to determine how congressional districts are apportioned. In theory they don’t vote, but their presence changes the balance of powerin Congress as well as the Electoral College.
