That is a good point. How long do you think it would take for CA to begin evicting illegal aliens, homeless, and drug abusers when they have to begin paying all of the on their own dime.

If California were to secede successfully, the PLA Navy would be based in San Diego within six months. Hawaii would be lost within a year.
