The Left’s crusade against Republican presidential electors is kicking into high gear even as the CIA-attributed story that Russian hackers won the White House for Donald Trump is going up in flames.
There is still no evidence –at least none that has been made publicly available– that the Russian government or Russian-backed cyber militias hacked anything to help Trump win the election but that’s not halting the Left’s efforts to delegitimize his presidency before it even begins.
Against this backdrop, members of the Electoral College are preparing to gather this Monday in the 50 states and the District of Columbia to fulfill their constitutional duty. Adding to the drama, some electors are demanding intelligence briefings on the alleged hacking before they vote.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, whose site released thousands of purported emails from senior Democrats during the recent election campaign, threw cold water on the Russian hacking conspiracy theory.
Assange told Sean Hannity yesterday, “Our source is not the Russian government.” He also said the information WikiLeaks received “has not come from a state party.”
What Director of National Intelligence James Clapper told the House Intelligence Committee on Nov. 17 suggests Assange may be right.
“As far as the WikiLeaks connection [to Russian hackers is concerned] the evidence there is not as strong and we don’t have good insight into the sequencing of the releases or when the data may have been provided,” Clapper said. “We don’t have as good insight into that.”

Ok I will bite and give the Russian hacking theory a chance to prove that it spread misinformation that caused my vote to go for Trump instead of Clinton.
1. For 8 years it looks like someone hacked into the IRS tax rates info and made them too high. Thus I was turned off by Obama-Clinton in thinking they were.freedom destroying tax and spend liberals. If they can fix those rates and give me a huge rebate then that will be good.
2. The Affordable Care Act was making health care more affordable. But someone hacked the prices big time. This caused me to think Obama and his Dem folks like Clinton are liars.
3. Thank goodness that Balanced Budget Barak was going to fix the National Debt. But then someone hacked it with expensive spending and the debt went up 10 trillion. This turned me off on Clinton and even more when dumb deficit disaster Dubya didn’t support Trump.
If the Russians did those hacks then lets fix them ;)

How is it they did not secure the popular vote?
How is it they did not hack the polls?
How is it they did not inform Trump of the debate questions as Hillary was similarly provided foreknowledge?
There exists a blacklist in Hollywood and I suspect there is also blackmail of those who were compromised on the queer casting couch.
My suggestion to the media hacks is that discussion of who did the hacking should be tabled until the investigation is finished and we have an official report with evidence for everyone to see.
Meantime, I suggest they focus on what the emails revealed, and lend their meager investigative talents to informing everyone what the contents were.
I think Putin should just say that he will not blame America for Obama’s stupidity.
This is all such political theater of the establishment... reason is completely lacking in the narrative. The implication here is that Russian actors selectively releasing emails tainted the election process by changing peoples’ minds about Hillary. If that is the case, one must ask... why were such damaging emails only covered by a small fraction of news media (which instead favored covering negative stories about one candidate... devoted much greater coverage to unsubstantiated accusations against only one candidate... obtained ILLEGAL tax documents of one candidate)... the only logical conclusion is that the VAST majority of the supposed neutral media attempted to influence the election. In fact, many of the emails leaked proved exactly that: news media collision with a political party to favor a single candidate. Talk about shattering the underpinnings of our Republic and shattering faith in our establishments? Why is no one calling for an investigation into violations of federal election law by elements of the media? ESPECIALLY if there is any truth to Russian attempts to influence the election! The fact that such calls are not going hand-in-hand with this narrative tells me all I need to know.
Did you ever consider the left is losing it’s lunatic base?
