That "hate crime" designation should only be invoked when a state is obviously unwilling to exact the appropriate punishment. I don't thing the State of SC would have any problem giving him a dirt nap.

The truth is that conservatives are the first to advocate a swift execution for such murderers (or maybe a slow painful one, carried out as soon as possible).
