Ted Nugent is a patriot, but he is also too much the loose cannon this soon after a difficult campaign. Ted still likes insulting people for the shock value. Kid Rock is also that way, but less confrontational.
I hope he invites the opera soprano Renee Flemming who sang the National Anthem at the 2014 Super Bowl, it still gives me goose bumps and it’s my favorite rendition. For a listen:

Right, Trump no longer needs the media and his need for them ended the minute he won the election.
He’s blown past them, and they’ll spend their days trying to catch up to Trump, as they struggle to be relevant. Trump exposed them all but good. For the most part, the collusive biased lying media has become an irrelevant joke.
