FYI Wisconsin is at 97% recounted. Hillary gained 60 votes from Election Day night.
All of Madison city has 100% reported. It was over 100K votes and the recount was Hillary +11. They didn’t cheat and they didn’t drag their feet. Hugely pro Hillary area and they finished on time with a recount of Hillary +11.
The remaining votes are in Milwaukee. The Milwaukee clerk has said 100% of those votes, including absentees and provisionals, have been recounted and there was minimal variance from Election Day night. They are finishing up paperwork and will report their numbers formally when done, which WILL be on time prior to tomorrow night 8 PM.
Wisconsin will fully finish its recount, on time, and under budget.

It’s the one reason I kind of wish the recount had gone. Of course, it would suck for Michigan to spend millions of dollars on it, but maybe all those liberals could give to that worthy cause. ..... (like ever).
