Kelli King was driving home from work Friday, listening to the news on the car radio, when she got a very nice surprise.
A ban on same-sex marriage involving members of the Cherokee Nation was overturned by the tribe's attorney general in an opinion issued Friday.

Do those Indian tribes do anything to help themselves? It seems like everything they do brings their culture down even further. Drugs, alcohol, same-sex “marriage”, the fight against the pipeline when they could probably get jobs with the pipeline companies, the list goes on and on. When are they going to wise up?

Todd Hembree, the Attorney General who overturned the gay marriage ban so the native Indians can keep their wigs wam and bump their teepees. I’d say, by the looks of him, that he had a personal bias on the issue before working the case. I’ll let you decide:
