So you did get some snow up there, huh? Glad you made it to the VFW for lunch and back without and problems. Hot soup and a sammich?
Cold and breezy here but the sun finally peeked out for the first time in several days.
Went to visit Aunt Clara, then hit Wally World for a few items. On the way home, I went past a new pizza place to see if it’s open yet and it is. After getting the cats fed, Hubby and I went to check it out and brought our food home to eat. Yummy good.
Just finished eating and am trying to breathe now. LOL! Too full!

Howdy, yes we had a nice snowfall - I don’t know how much as it did not drift around. It is darned cold out the.Man is FR slow tonight or what?
It didn’t look too deep around the pond. Just enough to make everything look pretty. Didn’t know if you might have gotten more than they did.
Cold here too. Already into the 20s and the night’s young. The wind blowing doesn’t help either. You’ve seen the house - - old and not well insulated.
Must be a problem on your end. FR’s been moving along nicely so far.

Yes, I came here last Sunday. My DIL was pretty sick and needed help with the girls since my son is in WY training for a new job. Now..you talk about COLD! That place is like the Arctic! Brrrrr!
I guess it’s truly becoming winter everywhere..big surprise, huh! I think the snow there took everyone by surprise. There are so many fender benders, because of course no one slows down for a little snow, right? SMH.....
Well, it IS December after all. LOL!
But you don’t get all that much snow in TX and folks aren’t used to it. If it’s like the snow we get here, it’s wet and slippery too. Bad combination for being on the roads all around.
I’m interested in seeing who ends up being correct about winter this year. Nashville news keeps mentioning that the National Weather Service predicts a warmer than normal winter and Farmer’s Almanac says the opposite.
We’ll warm up a little over the weekend into early next week, then another cold blast will come down on us. Drat!
All I know is that Farmer’s Almanac is nearly always right! This time I hope they aren’t. I like a chill but not arctic blasts! LOL!
That’s my thinking too. I don’t even think to check the NWS but always check Farmer’s Almanac.
But it would be nice if it turns out NWS is right this time. LOL! Do NOT like cold!
Good evening/morning, Ms Feather...*hugs*...I just got home from a seminar on the use of stem cells in joints that don’t work any more.
I’m really convinced now. Insurance won’t pay anything, it’s expensive, but it will last for years....the new stem cells will grow into new cartilage and put off (forever, I hope) knee replacements.
